1. Delivery for purchases in the amount of up to 20,000 AMD in the territory of Yerevan will be 1000 AMD, for purchases over 20,000 AMD delivery in the territory of Yerevan is FREE. Delivery is carried out within 24 hours from the date of approval of the transaction, unless otherwise agreed by the Buyer.

2. Delivery to the regions of RA and Artsakh through the "Haypost" delivery service. Delivery is carried out within 2-4 business days from the date of approval of the transaction, unless otherwise agreed by the Buyer. Return exchange

Each product purchased on the Element.am website can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase, if the said product is in factory condition, subject to resale, its appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as the sold product. cashier's check for the order given to the consumer.

If monetary compensation is made in the event of a return of good quality goods, the refundable amount, in addition to the current rate for the delivery of the goods, will also include bank fees associated with payment: 1.
